Novel Excerpt

  Just to excite you, here is a little part of my novel:

"With shaky hands June and tears in her eyes she opened the book. The glossy portal was there. The tingling sensation didn't occur in her mind now, but in her heart. A cluster of thick fog went into the atmosphere as June stepped into the portal. June could still breathe, thankfully, so there had to be oxygen.But the atmosphere felt thick and humid. June was in a white tunnel with walls like a rivers current flushing in and out continuously. The tunnel was humming like a cicada. Blue, purple and silver colored beams of light flashed before her eyes. Golden light waves wove through the tunnel walls. June knew this couldn't be a dream for it was too impossible for a human mind to create"

The Beginning

My dream is to be an author. Actually, I am already an author, but I would love to get books published. Anything is possible through Christ, and hey, I have faith.
So, I'm currently writing a novel. A very complicated one, in fact, so it is gonna take a while. Once I have everything in the story laid out and written properly, I will make sure to keep you posted. I am looking for friends that will help me by giving me writing tips and feedback on my novel, but that has to come once I have taken the story out of my head and put  it into the computer.
Eventually, on my blog, you will see the title, characters, plot and whatnot. But until then...I will hopefully be writing and writing. I plan to have my story done by summer and then I will move to phase two of getting feedback from you.
